A fix has been applied and service has been restored. Agents have been provided with new login instructions from the Service Desk. Please contact the Service Desk if you continue to experience any issues.

Identified
All remote desktop/chat support is currently unavailable through Service Desk and other areas due to a login issue. It is being worked on. We will provide an update when we know more.
