A fix has been applied and calls made to the Enterprise Service Desk, Financial Aid, and Admissions should route normally. We will continue to monitor the phone systems closely.

3rd party software vendor Landis continues to troubleshoot the call queue outage. Additional details will be provided as we learn more.

Calls made to the Enterprise Service Desk, Financial Aid, and Admissions may fail due to an intermittent outage affecting Landis call queues.
